So I started recording Ultimate Muscle from an UK TV channel called KiX!
Starting previous month and encoded+uploaded 3 of those and posted those here:

Now I know the video quality is far from perfect. (macroblocking and 25fps, while it originally was either 23.976fps or 29.97fps)
But it's cause it's capped from KiX! which has low videobitrate, but it's the best we've got for now, and it could've been worse, I receive the channel from sattelite, via terrestial the video quality would've been even worse, WAY worse.
I'm not sure if you can receive it via terrestial though.
